Diagnostics

Never send 0x13. That BLE command stops the IoT advertising entirely, and with a dead SIM there is no second channel to wake it — unreachable until the potted head is cut open. Deliberately not implemented.

Both pages share the same saved scooters (same origin, same storage key). Web Bluetooth needs HTTPS or localhost. Android: Chrome. iPhone: Bluefy.
